About
About FNDRY.
FNDRY. [faun.dri] is a leadership and talent advisory focused on connecting strategy with behaviour in real organisational contexts.
Story
FNDRY. was founded on a simple observation. Many organisations have a strategy slide deck, leadership competencies and HR processes. Few have a leadership system that genuinely supports how the business is meant to perform in its actual context.
The work sits at the intersection of ownership expectations, business fundamentals and organisational reality. That is where leadership, talent and structure either support strategy or quietly work against it.
Experience behind FNDRY. covers management consulting, in house HR and leadership roles and executive advisory. The clients have included CEOs, CHROs, boards and investors across the Nordics and Europe.
Substance, structure, clarity.
Focus areas
- • Leadership and talent strategy in context
- • Executive and team assessment and profiling
- • Organisational health and leadership system design
- • Ownership transitions and PE, growth and transformation contexts
Founder
Valtteri Länsimies
Senior leadership and talent advisor
Valtteri Länsimies is a senior leadership and talent advisor and the founder of FNDRY. He works with CEOs, boards, and leadership teams on situations where strategic ambition is high but execution is inconsistent, decision-making slows down, or leadership behaviour no longer matches the organisation's context.
With over 15 years of experience across management consulting, human capital advisory, and senior corporate leadership roles, Valtteri has supported organisations navigating growth, transformation, ownership change, and increasing complexity. His work focuses on clarifying leadership expectations, aligning talent and organisational systems with strategy, and reducing execution risk by making leadership requirements explicit and actionable.
Before founding FNDRY, Valtteri held senior roles at Boyden, Talogy, KPMG, CGI, and Korn Ferry Hay Group. His background includes full P&L responsibility for a Nordic SaaS and consulting business, building and leading consulting teams, and advising organisations on leadership assessment, succession, organisational design, and culture transformation across international environments.
Valtteri combines strategic and commercial thinking with deep understanding of leadership behavior and organisational dynamics. He is known for his ability to translate complex strategic and human challenges into clear frameworks, practical decision logic, and leadership systems that leaders can actually use.
He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Jyväskylä, and is certified across leading assessment and talent methodologies including Hay Group, British Psychological Society Level A and B, SHL, Korn Ferry, Clevry, and Talogy.
